MYSKIN does not accept returns. Once a product has been purchased, it is considered a final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please email info@myskintallow.com within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or alternative solution. Please note that this policy only applies to products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.
